At first, we thought that squeezing a dispensing robot into our pharmacy’s small space was impossible. Most companies we talked to couldn’t make their machines fit. But Avonex and Pharmathek’s Sintesi robot nailed it – not only fitting into our compact dispensary but also freeing up extra shelf space.

Installing the Sintesi robot has significantly enhanced our workflow management and stock control. The time-consuming task of stocking shelves has been eliminated, thanks to the Autoloader feature. The robot’s installation has not only streamlined our processes but also optimized our stock handling give us an accurate picture of our current stock holding at the touch of a button. The efficient stock control has enabled us to go from five suppliers up to nine therefore allowing us to get a better rate.

I no longer have headaches driving home as I am assured that the picking has been done accurately. As my staff are now more confident that there are no picking errors thanks to the connected exit screen that provides a real-time view of items the robot is fetching.

The exceptional capability of the Euclid arm to efficiently pick numerous items at once and deliver them in a single operation has revolutionized our operations. As we are now able to do other things rather than manually picking.

A combination of all this has meant that I can retain customers better which is a massive importance. Training has also been made easier as no longer are items being put in the wrong place which in the past would waste time for all staff.
